 It is important to be on time. Appointments are scheduled in timely increments. Being late might not guarantee that we will be able to offer you all services scheduled. However, we reserve the right to charge for all services booked.  

ALL CLIENTS are required to secure their appointment with a credit card. 

Clients who fail to provide 24 hour notice of cancellation will be charged 25% of the estimated full service value of their appointment. Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your timely arrival is appreciated. New Clients should arrive 10 Min prior to their scheduled appointment. Clients who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment times may be asked to reschedule and will be charged 25% of the scheduled service value.
